Beginner Sewing - Soft Flannel PJ Pants

These stylish PJ Pants are super comfortable and perfect for lounging around during the Winter months! Come learn:

how to read a pattern
match pattern to your own measurements
cut fabric
use a sewing machine (we have new Bernina machines!)
make a draw string closure

You can bring your own fabric or choose from our selection of premium flannel fabrics with fun patterns ($15/yard) upon arrival.

If you plan to bring your own fabric, please get at least 2 yards of flannel fabric (not fleece). The average project will take 2-4 yards.

We also recommend that you avoid checkered patterns so as a beginner sewer, you don't have to worry about lining up the patterns as much!

Duration: 3hrs. Depending on your working speed and meticulousness, it could take 2-3hours. The workshop will ensure that everyone knows what to do so you can finish at your leisure. All workshop attendees have free access to open studio hours to finish their projects on our sewing machines.
