Workshop Tickets
Workshop tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to make it to a workshop, you can reschedule or receive a store credit for the full amount if you notify us at least 48 hours prior to the start of the workshop. Workshops may be rescheduled once. After that, no more rescheduling or store credit will be provided. Store credit expires 1 year from the date of issue.
We do not provide reschedules or store credit for no-shows, attendees who are under the minimum age requirement or for late notifications (within the 48 hour prior to the start of the workshop). You may transfer the ticket to another person.
All workshops have a minimum age requirement to ensure safety and quality of experience for all attendees. Please refer to workshop description for specifics.

Product Purchases
We guarantee the quality of our items. If you're unsatisfied for any reason, please return the unopened and unused product within 30 days and we will issue a replacement, a refund or store credit with the following details.
For online purchases, we need to receive the returned item before issuing replacement, refund or store credit.

No refund, replacement or store credit will be issued if the original shipping address is deemed to be undeliverable by the carrier (UPS, FedEx or USPS) and the package is returned to us as a result.

Holiday Items - Full refund if returned before Thanksgiving
No refunds are provided for holiday items after Thanksgiving regardless of purchase date. This includes wreaths, bows, pine cones, birch logs, faux trees, branches, garlands and ornaments.
Other Merchandise
Full refunds are provided for all other items as long as they’re in their original package, unopened and unused with the original receipt (either printed or digital) within 30 days of purchase. For items such as yarn, full refunds are provided if the yarn has not been unwound or untied. Refunds are not provided for notions such as knitting needles and crochet hooks.
Refunds are provided in the same form as the original payment. So if a purchase was made in cash, the refund can be in cash. If a purchase was made on a credit card, the refund would go back to the original credit card. If a purchase was made with a credit card, it cannot be refunded as cash.
