Project Holding and Shipping Policy

Leaving your creations behind?  For certain projects, we offer to hold the finished item so it can set or dry until it is safe to be moved or shipped.  For all projects left behind, we kindly ask that the item be picked up or shipping costs paid within 30 days of the initial creation.  This is so that we can avoid a build-up of projects at the studio.

If you need to return at a later date to finish your project, we ask that you also pick it up or finish it within 30 days from the start time.

Items left longer than this will be considered abandoned and disposed of at the discretion of the studio.
