New Membership Orientation

Did you just sign up for a Studio Membership or are you not sure if a membership is the right fit for you?  Join us at this free orientation where we'll do a tour of the studio space and show you all the fun things you can do and use!

Everyone who comes to the orientation will get a 10% discount shipping in the store and also a free day pass.

11am - 11:30am Studio Tour (new members and curious minds). 
11:30am - noon Sewing Machine and Tufting Gun training and check off (new members only)

Will the kits come with instructions?

Yes, all kits include a step-by-step instruction sheet as well as link to instruction videos!

How fast do you ship?

We aim to ship within the same week of receiving an order and use UPS or FedEx ground shipping.

What should I do if I want to send gifts to a large group?

We can manage your shipping to large groups. Please contact us and we can work with you on bulk address collection and shipping.

My shipment arrived damaged. What should I do?

Oh no! Please let us know and we'll send you a replacement.
