Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting our online shop!  Here are some useful information on shipping.

How is shipping calculated?

Shipping cost is a function of the destination and weight.  We ship out of Massachusetts to the contiguous US states.  

When will my package arrive?

Orders are usually shipped within 1-5 business days and may take an additional 1-8 days to arrive depending on transit time.  During the holiday peak season (Dec 5 - 20), we will prioritize gift items to ship first so they have a better chance of arriving on-time.  Gift items are items with gift notes which is added during checkout time.  

During times of extreme heat or cold, we may decide to delay shipment until weather conditions improve.  If this is the case, we will communicate with the purchaser directly through email or phone, whichever information is provided during the checkout process.

Depending on the weight of the order, we may use USPS, FedEx or UPS Ground.  Depending on the shipping address, this may take 1-6 business days, not withstanding effects from inclement weather or shipper delays.  The shipping times listed during checkout are estimates only and can be affected by inclement weather or other factors outside of our control. 

We do not guarantee arrival times unless you choose to pay for expedited shipping separately.  If this is a key requirement for you, please email customer support paca@gardenstreets.com.

How do I track the package?

When your package is ready for shipping, you will receive an email with the shipment tracking code.  We recommend that the recipient of the plant open the package as soon as possible.  We are not responsible for the package's safety after delivery.

What happens if I used the wrong address?

If you need to change the address, please contact us immediately at paca@gardenstreets.com.  If the package hasn't left our facility yet, we should be able to change the address.  Otherwise we will not be able to make any changes.  If the shipping address is determined to be undeliverable by the shipping company, the package will be returned to us (the sender) and no refund, replacement or store credit will be issued.
