Summer Wildflower Tasting Notes: A dark amber color with a full bodied natural flavor harvested in late summer when bees forage on golden rod, Japanese knotweed, cucumber, squash & pumpkin, and herbs such as thyme, lavender, bee balm & oregano. Its richer color and deeper flavor reflect the rich colors of summer. 

Eating local honey regularly is thought to alleviate the symptoms of seasonal allergies.  Many people enjoy Hudson Hives' Spring Blossom Honey for spring time allergies. 

Raw Honey is unfiltered & harvested in micro batches which retain all of the pollen, antioxidants & amino acids that are lost in large-scale produced honey. Raw honey will crystalize, to re-liquify place jar in warm water. Never microwave.

How fast do you ship?

We aim to ship within the same week of receiving an order and use UPS or FedEx ground shipping.
